Chief complaints; Shortness of breath since 15 days Fever since 1 month Generalized weakness since 2 months Multiple joint pains since 2-3 months History of present illness; The patient was apparently asymptomatic 15years ago then she developed a multiple joint pains .which was insidious in onset and gradually progressive .
